Zones of Regulation VISUAL Feelings Chart - Digital Download

The "Zones of Regulation" is a system used to teach self-regulation.  Different emotions/feelings are categorized into different color zones.  We can then use these color zones as a framework for teaching children to become more aware of their feelings, and eventually become more independent in controlling them (through sensory support and problem solving).

 

This is a great visual for younger kids (prechool - 5th grade), and is best posted in a special area of a room/classroom where children are able to take a rest to re-set.
